The mayor, handcuffed by SPAK with 13 serious charges, has opened his bag, the source of which is Arbër Veliaj, also under investigation by SPAK, to launch a series of frauds against the Special Prosecution Office, prosecutors and the investigations that were conducted against him.

Now the case is in the trial phase, but the mayor has been avoiding justice for seven months, not going to court, using 1001 ways to avoid facing justice.

From companies such as "One", which gives money for advertising to Arbër Veliaj and has won tenders, services and received money from the Municipality of Tirana? Or other business companies, also connected to the state, or private ones that are connected to political interests and with direct and indirect beneficiaries in the Municipality of Tirana?

Arbër Veliaj is "defending" his brother. In fact, he has waged war against justice to defend a multiple accused, who signed citizens' taxes to pass them into the pockets of his wife and family. And with slander, public deception, and reports to the State Department, he seeks to evade justice or fight the latter.
