The property was leased by Delina Ibrahimaj, Minister of Economy and Innovation, who has forwarded to the government the decision to grant approval and conclude a lease contract for 1 euro between the Ministry of Economy and Innovation as the lessor and the company Adriatic Bay Investment Group sh.pk as the lessee for the state property 1/10 Military Department 2001, a former mine depot in Durrës located in Porto Romano, under the administrative responsibility of the Ministry of Defense.

So, in total, the investment in the first two years amounts to around 222.7 million new lek and 108.9 million new lek in the remaining three years.

So, a total of 331.6 million lek in new investments, where around 20 employees are expected to be employed and the investment will mainly relate to warehouses for agriculture, etc., but also for export.

The lease of this area is right next to the construction of the new port that is claimed in Porto Romano in Durrës.
