In a panic, the former Minister of Finance, Shkëlqim Cani attacked SPAK. After being questioned at the Special Prosecutor's Office, Cani stated in his statement to the journalists that since it is August and hot, the SPAK has taken out the leaves to make shade so that tomorrow on the hot days they will not be uncomfortable.
