The court asks SPAK for further investigations for 2 former ministers

SPAK

Since January 2020, SPAK has started investigations for the sterilization concession.

After 3 years of investigations, SPAK has issued several arrest warrants for officials and former officials. Following the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office, former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodian Rjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj were arrested.

It is known that the Special Court has asked SPAK for further investigations for 2 former ministers.

Specifically, GJKKO has requested to start investigations for the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj and the former Minister of Finance, Shkëlqim Cani.

The latter has been in SPAK for more than an hour, where he is being interrogated regarding the sterilization concession.

Meanwhile, the Prosecutor's Office has previously interrogated former minister Beqaj several times./ CNA
