Former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodian Rjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj

Two people have fallen into handcuffs on behalf of SPAK in connection with the sterilization concession.

As previously warned by CNA, it is reported that the former Deputy Minister of Health, Klodian Rjepaj and the businessman Ilir Rrapaj have been arrested.

Also, it is learned that other arrest warrants have been issued for officials and former officials of the Ministry of Health.

GJKKO has set the security measure "prison arrest" for the former deputy minister and the businessman. He left two officials under "house arrest" and 4 others under "obligation to appear".

For these arrests, there is still no official reaction from SPAK, which for years has started investigations for the sterilization concession.

For this concession, SPAK has previously interrogated the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj and the former Minister of Finance, Anila Denaj.

We recall that the concession was granted in 2015 to a consortium, the majority of which was owned by a small company owned by an Albanian immigrant in Italy, Ilir Rrapaj, for whom there were reports at the time that, before he became the winner of the concession , had constant contact with the minister of the time, Ilir Beqaj./  CNA
