A 46-year-old man has been criminally prosecuted after he was caught transporting wood for fire, cut illegally, by truck.
The person in question is a 46-year-old man with the initials BP, a resident of the village of Shtylle, Korçë, who was caught in the village of Gjergjevicë, transporting 16 m³ of firewood without the relevant documentation in a "Benz" type truck.
The amount of wood and the vehicle were seized as material evidence.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Korça General Jurisdiction, for further actions./ CNA
