The murder in Bulqiza/ The 30-year-old is left in prison

The Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Dibër has left in prison the DD accused of murdering 26-year-old DM from the village of Homesh in the Shupenzë Administrative Unit in the Municipality of Bulqiza.

The judge of the case accepted the request of the prosecuting authority by assigning the coercive measure of personal security "Prison arrest" provided by Article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the accused.

How the event happened:

In the late evening hours of August 15 in Shupenze, the citizen DD, 30 years old, resident of the village of Homesh, had a conflict with the shetasi DM, 26 years old, resident of Homesh, for weak reasons.

During the conflict, the 30-year-old hit the 26-year-old with a screwdriver, who died in the hospital as a result of his injuries.

Thanks to the timely response, the Police Services located, caught and arrested the author of the event, the DD citizen
