The injury of the policeman in Himare / Reagon Rama

Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted regarding the wounding of officer Redin Çaušaj in Himara, who intervened to stop a fight between several people and was stabbed by a 62-year-old man, who was arrested by the police.

Through a post on social networks, Rama writes:

"Respect for Red Chowshain, the young State Police who was injured by intervening and avoiding the worst between two individuals in a dangerous fight."

The event happened two days ago where the police officer, off duty, intervened in the middle of a fight between several people.

The 62-year-old stabbed him and ran away from the scene, endangering the officer's life.               

On the other hand, Minister Taulant Balla warned that whoever gives up on the police should know very well that they are committing a crime against the state./ CNA
