Today, the Special Prosecutor's Office has put the former Deputy Minister of Health Klodian Rrjepaj and the businessman Ilir Rrapaj in handcuffs.

Journalist Klodiana Lala has revealed some details about the two arrested for the sterilization concession.

She discovers that Rrapaj and Rrjepaj had a close friendship with each other.

According to her, they have deceived the institutions by not declaring the recognitions.

Among other things, she emphasizes that investments would be made for 18 more sterilization centers in the districts.

Further, the journalist underlines that this investigation is not complete as the Court has directed the Prosecutor's Office regarding the investigation, saying that the documents may contain elements of a criminal offense for high officials, also mentioning the name of former minister Ilir Beqaj.
