The sterilization concession "sinks" the officials/ Tabaku: SPAK

Deputy Jorida Tabaku reacted after the news that by order of SPAK, eight arrest warrants were issued related to the sterilization concession, a tender worth 100 million euros, and two people were arrested by the police in connection with this concession.

She said that today's arrests by SPAK related to the sterilization concession are really another blow that I welcome and support as crime and corruption must be punished.

Tabaku says that this majority no longer has a good example.

The history of Albanian concessions that individuals with their hands in their pockets, without any capital, without any experience in this field with the only plus that they have connections with government officials and thus manage to win multimillion euro concessions is the truth of corruption!

Incinerators, gold road concession contracts or health concessions where the most "brilliant" among them is sterilization. As the best example since the mortar and bricks goes to health because the owner of the concession is connected to government officials. This is how 100 million euros were earned from the state budget and this is how Albanians' increasing taxes are systematically stolen!

Today's arrests by SPAK related to the Sterilization concession are really another blow that I welcome and support as crime and corruption must be punished. SPAK must continue to punish and bring to justice the highest levels of corruption of any era.

The next task falls on politics, which must lead by example. This majority no longer has a good example.

Today, Albanians are realizing that they should be afraid of the law; that no matter how much power you have; however arrogant you may be in manners; no matter how much wealth you accumulate, the law is equal for everyone!/CNA
