The head of organization in the Democratic Party, Klevis Balliu, in an appearance for the media today, said that neither the electronic nor the analog system works for the Cadastre.

2 months ago, Edi Rama announced that, on Monday, July 3, the Cadastre would become digital and accessible to anyone and only from e-albania. According to him, this would eliminate corruption from the Cadastre offices.

The Prime Minister announced this 'rebirth' of the Cadastre along with directors Mirlinda Karcanaj and Dallandyshe Bici. They explained with zeal and joy to the public that the work processes in the Cadastre would become electronic and that 're-engineering' would take place.|

Karcanaj even promised the 3D Cadastre.

Today is August 16, and neither the electronic nor the analog system works for the Cadastre. The expedited fast-track service is not working. Ervin Muça përgatiti projektin, termat e referencës, caktoi dhe fondin limit në qershor per episodin e ri të grabitjen së buxhetit të shtetit.

Kadastra digjitale e Karcanajt, Bicit dhe Ramës nuk është gjë tjetër, veçse një mjegull pompoziteti poshtë së cilës fshihet dora e gjatë e vjedhjeve. Ky është ‘suksesi’ tjetër në qeverisje i Edi Ramës: edhe gratë, që nuk njihen për korrupsion, i ka rilindur duke i bërë hajdute të sprovuara./ CNA
