SPAK did not exclude shareholders or former shareholders among the persons it interrogated, regarding the issue of incinerators.

One of the key people in the issue of incinerators in Albania is the citizen Ernesto Granelli. He is one of the main people from the Elbasan incinerator, and then in Fier and Tirana.

Ernesto Granelli was a shareholder and partner with Stela Gugalljan, the cohabitant of Mirel Mërtir. The latter was an administrator in the company "ER One", which got this name after Granelli had the company "Energy Recuperator" in Italy and "ER One" is a company where the administrator was Mirel Mërtiri, while Granelli and Gugallja were shareholders.

Ernesto Granelli also took 30% of the shares in the Fieri incinerator, which he then sold to the Patos construction-assembly company.

Furthermore, according to the letters that CNA has published several times, they have also been denounced by the journalist Elvi Fundo, Granelli appears to be one of the founding shareholders of the Dutch company "Integrated Energy", which is also the mother of the Tirana concession company "Integrated Energy BV SVP". Ernesto Granelli has sold the shares as founder to Klodian Zoto.

In the deposition given to SPAK, Granelli declares that around the end of 2016, or the beginning of 2017, he sold his company "Energy Recuperator SPA" to the other Italian company "Paul Wurth Italia SPA".

He stated that in order to establish the Dutch company "Integrated Energy" he came into contact with an Albanian company, but he did not remember the name and had learned in Albania that they were interested in building an incinerator, starting from Elbasan.

So, these are Granelli's first steps. He also states that he remembers that the citizens Mirel Mërtiri and Klodian Zoto went to Italy in order to see the existing plants.

Further, SPAK asked him if his company owned shares in the Dutch company, while he emphasized that his company "Energy Recuperator" did not have shares in the Dutch company "Integrated Energy", but had 15% shares in a company another Dutch girl whose name I can't remember.

Granelli was asked about the fact if he is aware that the documents belonging to his company "Energy Recuperator SPA" were used to win the concession for the Tirana incinerator and he answered that the documentation used by his company "Energy Recuperator" was for to be used earlier in time and specifically for the Elbasan incinerator.

So, he does not know that this documentation would be used for the technical criteria and for the Tirana incinerator. Thus, SPAK has gone further by uncovering fraud with forged documents without the knowledge of specific persons and owners, from whom the documents were taken, sent to them, signed on their behalf, or their passports were taken, as the cases previously denounced by CNA, this has already been proven according to SPAK investigations.

Granelli stated before the SPAK that he handed over the documents of his company "Energy Recuperator" to citizens named Mirel Mërtiri and Klodian Zoto.

He emphasized that despite having sold his company "Energy Recuperator" to the company "Paul Wurth Italia" he had the right to sign, as he remained the chairman of the board.

Furthermore, Granelli has underlined that he is not aware that his company has won the tender regarding the Tirana incinerator.

He declares that he is not aware that his company owns 30% of the Dutch company "Integrated Energy" and at this time he agreed to sell his company to the company "Paul Wurth" and they did not inform him of this situation, so shares placed in the company in the Netherlands.

The Italian states that in 2018, the Albanian companies asked "Energy Recuperator" and "Paul Wurth" to withdraw from being shareholders of the Dutch company, thus only the Albanian company remained a shareholder.

Asked if he knows the citizen Freek Hilberdink, a person authorized by proxy from the company "Energy Recuperator", to carry out the act of establishment of the Dutch company "Integrated Energy", he declares that he does not know this citizen.

Asked if he knows the citizen Arnaud Jean - François Guillaume van der Werd, Theo Spijkerman, Hans Werner Wallage, who have held leadership and management positions in the Dutch company "Integrated Energy", he declares that he does not know any of the above citizens .

As for the citizen Giusseppe Ciaffaglione, he has stated that he was previously employed by his company "Energy Recuperator".

This is the statement of Ernesto Granelli, one of the key people found on page 27 of the documents SPAK has sent to the court.

So, even the Italian citizen Ernesto Granelli clearly shows that he does not know either the directors or the administrators, he did not provide documents for the Tirana incinerator, he did not provide permission and documents to open the company in the Netherlands.

This fact already proves that the Tirana incinerator scheme is a story of fraud that started with the citizens Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, who used, forged, cheated with passports, with documents, with different companies of the collaborators they had, which they have misused by registering companies in the Netherlands and by abusively gaining a concession such as that of the Tirana incinerator.

In fact, the company "Geogenix" has gone even further, it has also gone to Zimbabwe, it has also gone to other countries of the world. CNA will further reveal not only SPAK documents, but the entire fraud scheme that started with a Dutch company, created by Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, who wanted to hide and not appear with their names.
