8 years as ambassador of Albania to the USA/ Floreta Faber ends her term

Diplomat Floreta Faber has completed her mandate as ambassador of Albania to the United States of America, a post she served for 8 years.

The US embassy in Tirana has given a message about the end of its diplomatic mission, where Faber recently held a meeting with its representatives.

In the statement of the American embassy, ??it is said that Floreta Faber finished her job productively, while the US-Albania partnership remains strong.

"We said goodbye to Floreta Faber as she ended eight productive years as Ambassador of Albania to the USA. We discussed EU integration, cyber defense and our cooperation in the UNSC. The US-Albania partnership remains strong, and we look forward to many more years of success," the US embassy declares.

Meanwhile, with the end of Faber's mandate, Albania will be represented in the USA by the former deputy of the SP, Ervin Bushati, who was appointed ambassador two months ago by President Bajram Begaj./ CNA
