Mortgage as a structured criminal group

The word "fatherland" with properties is not enough. The mortgage, more than an institution to preserve and maintain the property registers of Albanians, has turned into a criminal group that robs properties day and night. We are not talking about 35 years of history, when the employees of these offices, cadastres, mortgages, play the role of mortgagees, but in fact, these are the criminals who have stolen properties. They have written superimpositions. They have abused, they have taken the sea, they have found an owner. They have taken the river, they have found an owner. They have stolen the state's land to give it to an owner. They have given it to criminals, bandits, they have stolen for themselves.

Politicians, that the citizens of Hallexhi have their houses with overlapping. Their papers are not found. From these our mortgagees, who are actually paid by Albanian taxes to steal their properties. They are a structured criminal group with payment within the state that steals, abuses 24 hours without stopping, the properties of Albanians. The latest cases regarding the investigations that SPAK did for AKSHI, where beyond millions of euros and tenders, the most scandalous was the case of the property issue. How a property was taken, alienated in the name of an individual and the history was lost. So, two businessmen make an agreement for a property sale, but the other takes it, legalizes it without paying the money and does it in his name by erasing the history of that property purchased by the other businessman.

It's happening in Albania, it's happening.

 

Theft of property 

Didn't they rob citizens of their properties and superimpose them?! Didn't they go and legalize where it wasn't legalized?! Didn't they mortgage where it wasn't mortgaged?! Allegedly with decisions, with maps, with manipulations, with tearing up entire sheets. The biggest crime that has been committed against Albanians is the one with property. Because they have worked, they have sweated and they can't find it. Not to mention those false documents in the mortgage registers, which these mortgagees of ours have made again. SPAK is investigating beyond an isolated case, which has become a media sensation because of the public figures involved. We are not mentioning names, neither of businessmen, nor of losers, nor of beneficiaries. Because the biggest losers are the Albanians, in the majority of them, whose properties have been stolen, whose properties have been manipulated, whose properties have been superimposed.

 

The biggest loser of the biggest is the Albanian state. Again, the Albanians, whose properties have been robbed by individuals, by criminals, by bandits, by our mortgagees for 35 years of property massacre. It was a dictatorship, Enver was a criminal. But the state preserved the properties, had them in the archives. And in Albania, it is criminal that property is stolen from citizens, stolen from the state, stolen from the church, stolen from the mosque. Thief and scoundrels by our mortgagees. SPAK is continuing the investigations. It is not the case that everything that happened in the mortgage became public. That institution must be shaken from Korça to Durrës, from Shkodra to Saranda. From Gjirokastra to Lezhë, and from Kukës to Vlora. Everywhere. Beyond the overlappings that occurred with the properties, forgeries and thefts and especially in Tirana, in the capital where the value of the property is greater. And also in the coastal area where property values ??are higher due to investments in tourism already.

Theft and embezzlement of property, committed by our mortgagees, is a crime committed continuously by people in collaboration. A single individual cannot alienate a property. But it must be done in collaboration with the one who has the register, with the one who issues the document, with the one who signs, with the regional director, with the general director, with the archive, with everything. Well, we are dealing with a criminal group in the state that has the name Hipoteke or Cadastre, with the new name. A criminal group with mortgagees, or with cadastres, who have robbed day and night, relentlessly the properties of Albanians. And if SPAK must enter an institution with a foundation, it is the Cadastre of Albania.

Where not only in recent years, but for 35 years, crimes have been committed by stealing Albanians' properties, robbing them, without changing at all from ordinary criminals. Not the street ones, but the organized ones, with pen and paper, who traffic drugs and launder money in construction. While these robbed the properties and profited from corruption later, to have their own wealth by robbing Albanians' properties./CNA
