A complaint to CNA also led to the publication of several documents, which claimed that the flowerbed and sidewalk on "Muhamet Gjollesha" street had been privatized on behalf of the joint-stock company "Botimet Enciklopedike" of Ajola and Valbona Xoxa, an action carried out in 2016.

CNA went further with the investigation and we have contacted the Albanian Housing Authority with a request for official information regarding this case where it is alleged that several co-owners in the same building were harmed.

The privatization of the flowerbed or sidewalk as land in the function of the joint-stock company where the majority are Ajola and Valbona Xoxa, the exit impedes access to the unit related to the surface registered as property 5/360.

In short, this registration has harmed the owners of the same building by imposing restrictions on the use of entrances and exits on the public sidewalk.

On the other hand, the other persons, owners of the building, were not included in the procedure that led to the 2016 registration.

 

CNA has published documents ranging from the plan showing the flowerbed converted into land, the indicative registration map, the order for the division of property, the confirmation of mortgage documents, and the old plan.

What is the exact technical document that defined the boundaries of the 415.88 m² area and does the registered area match the area resulting from historical documents?

According to the documents, but also the photos, it is shown that there are flower beds and the privatized area is also a sidewalk. (READ HERE)

Due to the fact that is seen on the ground, there are suspicions of violations of the law and abuses by the ASHK.

The questions that arise are:

1-Has the real condition of the terrain been verified at the time of the 2016 census?

2-Does the property include 5/360 of the surface that in practice has served as access or passage space?

The documentation analyzed so far raises numerous doubts about the method of determining and registering the area of ??415.88 m² in property no. 5/360.

The materials published by CNA require further administrative verification and, if additional elements are found, an institutional investigation into the procedure followed, which, according to the documents, clearly shows that the joint-stock company "Botimet Enciklopedike" has privatized the flowerbed and the sidewalk./ CNA
