The Serious Crimes Investigation Section, in cooperation with Police Commissariat No. 2, after receiving a report that at the entrance to a parking lot of a building, on "Frosina Plaku" Street, several citizens had clashed with hard objects and one of them had used a cutting tool, immediately organized the work to clarify the circumstances of the incident and identify the perpetrators.

As a result of rapid investigative actions, the event was documented and, at the conclusion of the procedural actions, citizens LN, 46 years old, AL, 44 years old and EK, 23 years old, were arrested in flagrante delicto, suspected of the criminal offense of "Intentional serious injury".

Also, citizen AI, 33 years old, who is in hospital, under the care of doctors, was released on bail.
