Here is another blatant case. The stalker of women Aldor Nini continues to abuse copyrights allegedly in the name of keeping them and using them for his personal interests. (read here)

CNA has shown with facts how Aldor Nini acts with a double standard, how he mismanages a platform where he reports materials for which he has no rights. As is the case of a material published 10 years ago on the 10th anniversary of DigitAlb, a material distributed to all media at that time, for which Aldor Nini already reports claiming that it is a private television that there are rights, a total abuse in violation of the law. Secondly, he abused "Newsbomb" for the reports he made, since he did not report during the time he had a relationship, a personal story with the niece of the owner of Newsbomb, then, after the divorce, the attack began to close the social networks. (read here)

He also did this with CNA until the moments when CNA reported some material, about his scandal with his daughter, Aldor Nini started successive reports . (read here)

Another case of abuse was made through the film "Guns on Wires", distributed by the Prime Minister himself and the Ministry of Culture.

Another case of abuse of Aldor Nini is his abusive reporting on the live broadcast not only by CNA, but by many media outlets of the prime minister's activity in Milan, while the prime minister has it on his social network and we have officially received it from the prime minister, from the press office as distributed to all media. CNA was reported allegedly in the name of Noizy's song, but the fact that CNA is reported on the Prime Minister's website remains the same.

So we brought 4 or 5 abusive cases, which show that Aldor Nini has not been in the protection of copyright, but he uses the platform for his personal interests and most of the reported news are material and news for the Municipality of Tirana , for Erion Veliaj, for "Top Channel" or for the Investigative Commission of Fatmir Xhafajt, which clearly shows his political approach and action in an abusive manner, not simply and only for personal interests, but also for completely clientelistic political interests. This is very clear in cases where CNA has reported materials, or given news for which it had all the rights and enjoys these rights, but Aldor Nini continues to report them in an abusive manner. (read here)

Everything, as CNA has previously reported, will continue in all institutional and legal ways, in full implementation of all laws and regulations to bring Aldor Nini, the person who is expected to be tried soon with the charge of being a stalker before the law and as abusive and to pay any kind of costs or financial bills and damages caused by such cases of copyright misuse by him and by anyone else who thinks he can fight free speech by abusing an online platform./CNA
