The Association of Journalists of Albania has come out with an official announcement, where it is emphasized that it is extremely alarmed by the actions of the General Director of the Albanian Radio and Television Alfred Peza and the State Police, in relation to at least 5 former employees of RTSH.

According to AGSH, the former employees have denounced that in the last two days they were called to the Tirana Police, where they were questioned and their mobile phones were checked due to a report made by Alfred Peza for "image damage".

The Association of Journalists of Albania underlines that the questioning of employees and the control of mobile devices is a serious act aimed at intimidating, intimidating and silencing them against the background when the latter have spoken openly about the mass and unfair dismissal of Alfred Peza.

AGSH urgently asks the State Police to stop this abusive practice and immediately clarify the circumstances of the incident.

Meanwhile, AGSH asks Peza to withdraw immediately from these practices aimed at intimidating former dismissed employees.
