Is he incompetent, is he corrupt, has assets unjustly invested, has no integrity? What is the reason that SPAK rejected prosecutor Ndini Tavani?

The latter is usually said to sleep on files, to keep delicate issues under his arm for his own pleasure, to settle media deals. Ndini Tavani is the prosecutor, who was chosen by the KLP to be a member of the SPAK team, but after a vetting done in this institution, he was dismissed. (read here)

In fact, Ndini Tavani also passed the KPA with several arguments that refuted the claims made by the experts to not pass it, that is, to not allow him to continue his work as a prosecutor, that is, to dismiss the vetting.

While the SPAK has already overthrown him, several questions arise: Who is corrupt in the KPA and why? Who was the KPA troop that crossed Ndini Tavani?

The latter turns out to be problematic and this was proven by SPAK, after refusing to give him the task. In SPAK filters, it is not suitable to be part of this structure.

So what happened to the KPA? Who has been corrupted and who corrupted him? Because a prosecutor rejected by SPAK can no longer be a prosecutor in office. At a minimum, he should have resigned on the day he was rejected, or SPAK itself should start investigations into criminal cases that arise immediately after the appearance of a problematic prosecutor and after he is rejected. Because he passed the vetting, which means that either there was a vetting by incompetents, or a veting by corrupt people. In both cases it should be investigated. Or Ndini Tavani has hidden something and again in this case it should be investigated.

So, we are faced with the fact that we have a prosecutor who passes the vetting, but SPAK does not hire him, because he finds problems.

It is not little .  Ndini Tavnai is not an inexperienced prosecutor. Perhaps he himself knows very well that not crossing the threshold of SPAK has a legal problem behind it and several institutions must answer for this , those that passed it in the vetting, but also SPAK itself with its attitude for which investigations must be opened to the end for him and for anyone else who continues in office, even though he was unfairly passed the vetting.
