Did the shareholders of the incinerator company in the Netherlands lie to SPAK?

In a few days, CNA published the 47-page file, which SPAK has taken as complete material to the Special Court of First Instance.

A material for the seizure of Tirana's landfill and incinerator, the latter does not exist. A material where the seizure is made, where facts and evidence are given, where the shareholders were asked, who say that they do not know the directors, they do not know the administrators, they only know Mirel.

There are those who say we have taken the documents to Elbasan, others who declare that they did not provide papers and authorization to register in Albania, they call themselves dormant shareholders, they would only provide financing, they worked somewhere for Elbasan, somewhere for Fieri and others like these.

There is a denial and an invoicing of the entire history of the incinerator to two names, Mirel Mërtiri and Klodian Zoto and the third is Denisa Tollkuçi, who according to SPAK's investigations had a key role, who was the person who communicated from Tirana with the Netherlands, that is, with the company that managed Geogenix with a role of another parent company that was managing with names, with two directors, with two firms and others like these.

But everything was done at the expense of Mirel Mërtir and Klodian Zoto, this is what all the shareholders say.

In fact, after reading the documents that CNA has done, all doubts arise that the shareholders have lied to SPAK.

They lied to the Special Prosecutor's Office in some details, in some positions, but they also partly cooperated, they submitted some documents, they said that they were not aware of taking their signatures or passports to the KKB and others like these. which in fact, more than forgery or fraud, are not any serious criminal offense with great economic or financial consequences that could subject these shareholders to very harsh punishments in Albania.

But legal responsibilities have been overlooked with the statements made.

CNA has some data that has previously been made public but has not been given due importance. A few months ago, in a public appearance, Belind Kelliçi brought out several communications from Italian companies for the financing of the Tirana incinerator, relationships, agreements, details that show that people who spoke about SPAK were aware many times more than about the things they have talked about.

So, they said that they were not aware of certain issues, but in fact they communicated, gave their opinion, gave their consent, and in some cases gave their refusal for the steps that would be followed. .

How could some so-called sleeping shareholders secure 100 million euros and not be aware of what happened next. Even the scheme is not only in Tirana because their papers to be used were not only in the Netherlands. After the Dutch company went to Zimbabwe, went to Ghana, letters were distributed everywhere in different countries of Africa and Asia. There are dozens of countries where they have gone.

How is it possible that they were not aware when in fact they are often part of the investments made not only in Albania, but they were also aware of the investments abroad. Someone has also received payments from Albania, such as the case of Ciaffaglione or the involvement of Ernesto Granelli, who is a 30% shareholder in Fier and admits that he brought his documents and invested in Tirana.

Granelli in Fier received quite a large amount, several million euros, which appears in the SPAK investigation documents.

So what is news, what is new in the entire SPAK file is that there are facts, documents, which prove that the shareholders of the Geogenix company did not tell the truth when they were questioned about the Tirana incinerator , after the orders sent by SPAK.

Their answers are partly negative, attributing everything to Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, but some of the things they deny, it should be noted that they were aware of some other actions.

It is expected that soon documents will be published which will show the connection and the information that the Italian shareholders of the companies registered with the mother of Geogenix in the Netherlands have had since its registration until the new shareholders who have been questioned by SPAK.

Truth delays but never forgets.

The story of the incinerators simply and only with Arben Ahmetaj, Mirel Mërtir or Klodian Zoto and some other askioners who did not know what Klodi was doing with Mirel is not enough.
