A long-standing work of the Çaushi family, who last year opened the doors of a welcoming guesthouse that highlights the Cologne tradition with its decor and food. "Since I started the construction, since the object was an old building when I bought it, we kept the facade original as it was, of tradition. "We thought a lot about the name. It's a bit annoying that 'neither small, nor big' is known throughout the country, from our tradition, music, folklore. But I made it a little bit 'cek', calculating that this building is neither too small nor too large, and I felt a sense of satisfaction until I assigned it this name. I say I have done well."

The hostel "Neither small nor large" opened its doors to customers last year. Roberti himself says that the beginning was difficult, but the tourists were not absent.

"We started this year for the first time, at first it was a little difficult, until we saw that social networks had a greater impact. Seeing the promotion that has been done to our area, that Cologne is a sought-after place for every tourist, they started coming one by one . I am satisfied by the requests that we have had for years. I believe that this year there will be even more."

The guesthouse, located in the middle of the city of Erseka, offers its customers several rooms, all furnished in a traditional way, where the element of stone and wood prevails. Also, food is the main part that will keep alive the activity and tourism of the area.

"There are 6 rooms, 13 beds in all. In spirit, I made the furniture with things from our area, everything with wood to suit the tradition. Even the ceilings are made of wood, the rosettes of the ceilings are also made of wood, they are all of our area while preserving the architecture. I've tried to some extent, but I see that I need to adjust some things to make it fit better. During this time, we are in the process of creating a downstairs area for breakfast. This too, since the beginning of the construction of the environment and the furnishings, the food will also be traditional of the area. The things that are cooked in the villages, in the houses, the things that we have in the tradition. From what I have heard in the guesthouses and hotels, our food is very popular. I believe that very soon it will finish it and it will be up and running."

Robert Çaushi says that the first visitors who were accommodated in this hostel were Italians, and apparently they brought good luck to the activity. In addition to Albanian visitors, it seems that there are also many foreign tourists, who choose Cologne among many beautiful Albanian destinations.

"The visitors have been different. There have been people from different countries, apart from Albanians, from different states. We had a little difficulty in communication, but with signs, and they expressed themselves to us and we saw them satisfied. From the impressions they wrote afterwards, we saw that they were satisfied. There were many Spaniards, French, Italians, who were the first to 'set foot' in the hostels. There were not many family cases, rather they come with company, they have stayed a night or two, and traveled to other cities."

Like every parent, what I think about for the future is the child" - this is how Robert says, showing that his goal is for his son to continue the family activity.

"My goal was to be able to do something that I had thought about, I succeeded and I was happy that I did it. Now every job is a function of the son, because the years pass, the age, and like any parent the goal is to do something for the child. Until now, I believe that the boy will continue, complete and feel the satisfaction of this work of several years. He also has the sedra, the desire to do something and I believe that it will be more fulfilled."
