Anti-Albanian chants in Kumanovo/Berisha: An act of primitive nationalism

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, reacted this afternoon regarding the incident that occurred at a match in Kumanovo, RMV, where anti-Albanian chants were heard.

Through a post on social networks, Berisha calls these acts primitive nationalism.

"The Democratic Party condemns with the greatest force the barbaric primitive anti-Albanian calls in Kumanovo as evidence of racism and primitive nationalism against the Albanian ethnicity for centuries and millennia in its lands, but also against the very constitutional order of the Republic of North Macedonia. The Democratic Party, by condemning with the greatest force these acts, appreciates and supports the stance of the Albanian political forces and the state authorities of North Macedonia towards them", - writes Berisha./CNA
