Lëvizja “Shqipëria Bëhet” ka depozituar sot një ankimim në Kolegjin Zgjedhor, duke kërkur që të njihen dorëheqjet e dhëna nga kandidatët e listës së mbyllur dhe mandati t’i kalojë kandidatit më të votuar në listën e hapur, Adriatik Lapaj.
Ankimimi vjen kundër vendimit të KAS, që i dha mandatin e deputetes në qarkun Tiranë kandidates së parë në listën e mbyllur, Ana Dajko.
Lapaj kërkon mosnjohjen si të vlefshme të revokimit të dorëheqjeve më 15 dhe 17 korrik nga Zeqir Kordhoni dhe Kleana Xhuveli.
Përmes këtij ankimimi, Lapaj kërkon që të njihet si fitues i listës së hapur me votat preferenciale të qytetarëve për qarkun e Tiranës./CNA
