"It's just the tip of the iceberg"/ Rama: The lobbying contract

Prime Minister Edi Rama declared today that the Democratic Party's contract for lobbying in the US is corrupt. In an interview with A2CNN, Rama said that the Socialist Party has not even imagined such figures.  

Rama said that this contract is just the tip of the iceberg.

Rama added that that money shows a distorting capacity of the elections themselves and that practice has no value.

"We as a party have done it, we have done it at a certain moment when we thought it had a certain value, but experience has shown us that any amount of money, although we have never gone, not even in imagination, to amounts like these that have appeared in recent days in the corrupt and frightening contract in a way, because it is only the tip of an iceberg and that money shows a deforming capacity of the elections themselves and we have not seen any added value from this practice. If a situation similar to the situations that pushed us to do it at that time were to arise today, I would not do it today", said Rama. /CNA
