The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, was in Gramsh where an electoral meeting was held.

Berisha told citizens that the DP government will invest 70 million euros annually for irrigation, drainage and land maintenance.

Berisha also said that the budget for agriculture will be doubled.

"70 million euros will be invested every year for irrigation, drainage and land maintenance. The budget for agriculture will be doubled. Taxes will be reduced from 23 percent to 10 percent profit tax. VAT will be reduced from 20 to 15 percent. Electricity for business will be reduced from 18 to 6 lek. The municipality will never be able to impose more than 1 percent of turnover in taxes ," Berisha said./ CNA
