The Chairman of the Socialist Party, Edi Rama, was present at the closing meeting for the Gjirokastra region. 

During his speech, Rama also touched on the diaspora vote, for which he said that in Greece there was a mix-up with the distribution of envelopes.

However, Rama called on the Greeks to go and get the envelope and start their vote towards Albania, to secure themselves an EU passport.

Rama then joked with those present, to whom he apologized for his numerous campaign appearances.
