The Social Democratic Party held a meeting with supporters in the "Mark Lula" neighborhood in Shkodra. At the meeting, PSD leader Tom Doshi accused Shkodra Mayor Benet Beci of putting pressure on people on social assistance.

Doshi said that Beci, under the SP banner, is doing the DP's work as mayor.

" In 2025, Benet Beci puts pressure on people who are on social assistance, if you don't vote for the SP, he will take away their social assistance. He is an infiltrator of Sali Berisha with a mission to destroy the SP. In the Shkodra Municipality, you don't have a single socialist director, everyone from the DP has come who fought to prevent Benet Beci from becoming the head of the municipality. I call on the socialists to vote for the PSD because Benet will go to prison. Beci is under the SP logo, but he does the DP's work. Voting for the PSD is the greatest honor we do to Benet ," said Doshi.

Doshi demanded that everyone in the Shkodra region vote for PSD as the only political force that represents them worthily.

" They are worried that in Shkodra we get 3 deputies, but 2 they accepted themselves. Everyone who works in the administration, everyone who is on social assistance, everyone who has social problems should vote for PSD. Why should they vote for PSD? I am 29 years old, I have also been the head of the SP for Shkodra, but the servile people of the SP cannot stand my strong character. The four who are on the closed list have no connection with the SP in Shkodra.
