DP denounces former director of education in Korça: She is threatening

The political leader of the DP for the Korça region, Ivi Kaso, said in a status on social networks that the SP candidate for deputy, Vinjola Rota, has committed a series of violations.

Kaso writes that Rota, who previously held the position of director of education in Korça, threatens teachers that there will be consequences if their votes are not cast.

For this, Kaso has called for an investigation by SPAK.

" Through this statement, we want to inform public opinion about the successive violations of the suspended director of education in Korça, Vinjola Rota.

Seized by delusions of grandeur, the suspended director of education in Korça, Vinjola Rota, thinks she has found the most effective way to gather votes, and that is by pressuring and threatening teachers with their jobs. She even goes further. She claims that teachers should also seek votes for her from the children's parents.

The Democratic Party, Korça Branch, has received numerous reports regarding this candidate.

Using pressures like: "at the center where you vote, I only expect your and your family's votes and I have them legible," this candidate threatens teachers that if those votes don't come out, after May 12, they will "find a place to fit in."

These violations of the electoral code, using power, cannot be passed over so easily. We call on the SPAK prosecutor who has jurisdiction over the Korça region, as well as the BKH agents stationed in this region, not to remain passive but to take immediate measures.

The Democratic Party declares that it supports every teacher or other education worker who has been subjected to pressure and blackmail by this former principal.

Teachers and all other education workers should not be intimidated by the empty threats made by a desperate man like Vinjola.

Their pressures, on May 12th, will be faced with the force of the law.

Your vote, the massive popular vote, will hold these delusional blackmailers who dream of chairs of power accountable.
