From Unit 8 in Tirana, the Political Leader of the Socialist Party for the Diaspora, Taulant Balla, placed two issues at the center of his speech: the path towards Albania's membership in the European Union and support for pensioners.

Balla said that the Socialist Party is giving more to the elderly than all governments combined.
