Running on the open list/ Idrizi: Strategy for maximizing votes on May 11

The chairman of the PDIU, Shpëtim Idrizi, shared today several positions regarding the parliamentary elections of May 11. Invited to a television studio, Idrizi stated that he will run as a deputy on an open list in the Alliance for Greater Albania, with the aim of maximizing the vote for his party in the elections.

Idrizi added that this election encourages mobilization among people.

Idrizi said that the party aims for two mandates in Tirana and one mandate each in the regions of Durrës, Vlora and Fier.

According to Idrizi, it is important for the PDIU that the party obtains as many mandates as possible.

"I came out on the open list, in order to maximize the result in these elections. We want two mandates in Tirana, while we have the objective of getting a mandate in Durrës, Vlora, Fier as well. I was in Kavaja, while now I am focused on Tirana. The appearance of the party leader on the open list brings mobilization to the people. I meet with dozens of people a day, I have tried to stay away from the screens. I have the right political experience, I have participated in many elections. It is important that the PDIU has as many mandates in Tirana and in Albania as possible. I think that all party leaders should be on the open list", - said Idrizi. /CNA
