Vote recount/Këlliçi: DP claims 14th mandate in Tirana

The elected DP MP in Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, said today that the Democratic Party claims the 14th mandate in the capital from the vote recount. 

In the studio of the show 'Opinion', Këlliçi stated that the focus should remain on invalid votes.

According to Këlliç, manipulation was done in the counting and votes of the political entity.

"The claim of Asllan Dogjani and the Democratic Party is made for the 14th mandate of the DP in Tirana. I was one of the first to put forward this thesis, because it also requested a recount of all invalid votes. In Tirana, there are about 17,200 invalid votes. We also need about 2,180 votes, but that is an issue that varies because it has to do with who is taking the mandate. It is related to both the Opportunity party and the Socialist Party. But the focus should remain on invalid votes. We have a report that in the rural areas of Tirana, a manipulation has been made that has a part and is considerable in the result that could affect the 14th mandate.
