The KAS rejects the appeal filed by the DP-ASHM Coalition regarding the election results in the regions of Korçë, Lezhë and Gjirokastër.

By majority vote, the KAS decided to reject the appeal request no. 42, of the DP-ASHM Coalition, for the declaration of invalidity of the elections held on May 11, 2025 in the Korça district electoral zone, as not based on law and evidence. The decision 1315/2025 of the State Election Commissioner “On the approval of the Summary Table of Voting Results in the Korça District electoral zone, for electoral subjects and candidates for deputies in the elections for the Assembly of May 11, 2025” was left in force.

By majority vote, the KAS decided to reject the appeal request no. 46, of the DP-ASHM Coalition, for the declaration of invalidity of the elections held on May 11, 2025 in the Lezha district electoral zone, as not based on law and evidence. The decision 1313/2025 of the State Election Commissioner “On the approval of the Summary Table of Voting Results in the Lezha District electoral zone, for electoral subjects and candidates for deputies in the elections for the Assembly of May 11, 2025” was left in force.

By majority vote, the KAS decided to reject the appeal request no. 40, of the DP-ASHM Coalition, for the declaration of invalidity of the elections held on May 11, 2025 in the Gjirokastra district electoral zone, as not based on law and evidence. The decision 1318/2025 of the State Election Commissioner “On the approval of the Summary Table of Voting Results in the Gjirokastra District electoral zone, for electoral entities and candidates for deputies in the elections for the Assembly of May 11, 2025” was left in force. /CNA
