Immediately after the reporting calendar of independent institutions was approved in the Assembly, Plarent Ndreca published a status on his Facebook page.

Plarenti reported how, after 2 letters, the High Inspector of Justice had finally responded to him on issues he had raised as concerns about justice.

Plarent Ndreca is subject to review by SPAK for a uniform tender during his time as Secretary General.

Although personally subject to SPAK, Plarenti considers the debate in which he has engaged with the High Inspector of Justice an institutional debate over the latter's inaction towards serious constitutional violations by justice institutions.

"After a long silence and after two letters from me - says Plarenti - a written response has finally arrived from the ILD."

But it is interesting that Ndreca, although informing the whole world about the response of the High Inspector of Justice, publishes its own letter but not the response received from the Inspector who was attacked for inaction.

And Plarenti does well to focus us better on the text apparently signed by him.

If you read the 10 pages of the letter that Plarent signed, you will understand that neither the deputy nor the accused Plarent wrote that text.

The 10 pages are sentences, expressions, "analysis", accusations, paragraphs, remarks and summaries of just one individual who is also a member of parliament. His name is Fatmir Xhafaj.

And as usual, with the throw the stone and hide the hand style, he wrote under a pseudonym.

The pseudonym this time is "Plarent Ndreca".

It remains to be seen which pseudonym Fatmir Xhafaj will use with the new legislature.

It's hard to find another "Plarent" that sells the slush so cheaply./ CNA
