Today's parliamentary session has begun with debates. MP Flamur Noka has requested that the assembly meeting not begin as not all MPs are present in the hall, meaning the quorum is not met.

Noka said that they cannot do with the sessions as they did with the elections and cannot continue to turn the Assembly into a shambles.

"You started the session in opposition to the session. There are not even 55 deputies here. Don't think that no one is watching here and just as you did the elections, you will also do the sessions. Madam Procedure, now in the session you have 55 deputies. Is turning the assembly into a mess in the public interest?" said Noka.

Gazment Bardhi has also stood up to oppose the start of the parliamentary session.

"I don't know who reads the regulations, but according to the regulations, meetings cannot begin without having a minimum of 70 deputies in the hall. I understand that you have difficulty gathering the deputies. It is not at all true that you just said that there is no need for a quorum when the Assembly meeting begins", said Bardhi./ CNA
