Plenary session tomorrow/ 8 draft laws, legal amendments and ratifications on

The proceedings in the Albanian Parliament continue on Thursday, and a number of issues are expected to be discussed in tomorrow's session. The MPs will gather at 10:00.

The agenda includes amendments with several legal additions, ratification of international agreements, and 8 draft laws in various fields.

Agenda of the plenary session:

1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary session of 29.5.2025.

2. Notifications.

3. Draft law “On the ratification of the agreement under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea on the conservation and sustainable use of marine biological diversity of areas beyond national jurisdiction”.

4. Normative Act No. 3, dated 29.4.2025 “On some amendments and additions to Law No. 115/2024 “On the 2025 Budget”.

5. Normative Act No. 4 “On an amendment to Law No. 8668, dated 23.10.2000, “On providing Albanian citizens with passports for traveling abroad”, as amended.

6. Normative Act No. 5 “On an amendment to Law No. 8952, dated 10.10.2002, “On the electronic identity card of Albanian citizens”, as amended.

7. Draft law “On the ratification of the agreement on cooperation on security and long-term support between the Republic of Albania and Ukraine”.

8. Draft law “On the accession of the Republic of Albania to the Convention establishing the European Communications Office (ECO) The Hague, on 23 June 1993, as amended in Copenhagen, on 9 April 2002”.

9. Draft law “On the ratification of the loan agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development for financing “General Budget Support for Development Efforts”.

10. Draft law “On the ratification of the agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Albania on the participation of the Republic of
Albania in the Union's “Customs” programme, for cooperation in the field of customs”.
