Braçe becomes an opposition member/ Criticism of Rama's ministers

Socialist Party MP Erion Braçe spoke about the agenda in the Assembly for the protection of bees and biodiversity.

During his speech, Braçe criticized Rama's two ministers, Mirela Kumbaro and Anila Denaj.

The MP stated that none of the institutions are dealing with this issue, not even the Ministry of Agriculture, including the Ministry of Environment, including the Parliament of the Republic of Albania, regarding how biodiversity is protected.

"It definitely has to be an issue that concerns us precisely on this issue. Last week was World Bee Day, it seems like an unimportant thing and some consider them insects. But why did you leave, Mr. Agron? It is very important, you were also very hot. Food is creating tension in every country in the world and because of the climate. Having said that, I wanted to invite you to talk about this. Let's forget the fact that we did well or badly in the elections. You can't go to the elections without eating and you can't go without drinking. Someone will talk about our food.

We need to get back to this. There are people who are doing badly and are silent, there are those who are doing badly and are shouting. How many bees have we lost! What ultimately brings an exam. None of our institutions deal with this issue, not even the Ministry of Agriculture, including the Ministry of Environment, including the Parliament of the Republic of Albania on how biodiversity is protected.

At the end of March, reserves in the Mediterranean have fallen. Here they talk about the Port of Durres, while the port may be left with nothing tomorrow. As with people, the climate is affecting. We remember when we go to the voters. We have given priority to Vjosa within our territory, but we must also protect it from outside. Rivers are also a problem. The biggest challenge will be water resources.

"Living at 40-50 degrees and not taking any measures, please tell me what is the point of politics? I think better about bees than about the port. I invite the Albanian Parliament to think about the fires. This is a time that requires attention," declared Braçe./ CNA
