Balla mocks Noka: You're left with Luli who doesn't know how to count,

Minister Taulant Balla mocked Flamur Noka, saying that they are the only ones who are enthusiastic even when they go from failure to failure.

In his speech in the Assembly, Balla addressed Noka, telling him that he is hostage to a great curse that bears the name of Sali Berisha.

"Since Flamur likes wise sayings and uses them often, as Churchill used to say, you are the ones who go from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm."

"Humor adds life and I wish you more life, but from time to time we have to repeat to you, don't think you take Albanians for fools. Sali Berisha has never won an election," said Balla.

Noka intervened, requesting an interruption of Balla's speech, claiming that his time had ended, while Balla mocked him by mentioning Lulzim Basha.

"You're left with Luli who doesn't know how to count. Why are you worried? You are hostage to a great curse whose name is Sali Berisha. You are some toys who are bent on making Albania dirty. One of my MEP friends sent me a piece of paper and told them to block the negotiations, don't open the chapters with Albania.

"Why do they condition you that you don't like the result? You will go from loss to loss. We are preparing for the 2027 elections," Balla said./ CNA
