The Complaints and Sanctions Commission will hold a public session on Monday, 09.06.2025. The agenda includes the review of complaints regarding the results of the May 11 elections. The regions in question are: Shkodër and Fier.

The appeals were filed by the Democratic Party - Alliance for a Greater Albania Coalition.

Objection to Decision No. 1312, dated 22.05.2025 - of the SEC - "On the approval of the Summary Table of Voting Results in the Shkodër District electoral zone, for electoral entities and candidates for deputies in the elections for the Assembly of May 11, 2025". 2. Invalidity of the elections held on May 11, 2025 in the Shkodër District electoral zone. 3. Resolution of the consequences by ordering the repetition of the elections for the Assembly of Albania in the entire Shkodër District electoral zone”.
