DP leader Sali Berisha, after leaving SPAK where he implemented the security measure of mandatory appearance, accused the KLP and KLGJ of not protecting prosecutor Gjeli and judge Balliu, who were viciously attacked by Prime Minister Edi Rama.

This judge, in accordance with the decision, which recognized the lawbreaker's right of preemption with Edi Rama's signature, had imposed the security measure, because Edi Rama, despite his impudence, demanded that the judge maintain two standards, once to implement it and once not to implement it.
