The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has called the Alaska Summit historic.
Through a post on social networks, Berisha writes that the summit ended with great progress.
The democrat further says that the summit marked a turning point on the path towards a final agreement between Russia and Ukraine.
