DP MP Jozefina Topalli, during her speech in the Assembly, emphasized that this government is treating a sick Albania with graphics and marketing speeches.

Topalli stated that a country from which citizens flee is a country that does not grow. The MP underlined that the government has expelled a million Albanians in recent years.

While speaking about the 2026 budget, Topalli said that this budget increases administration, concessions, government luxury, dubious projects, and above all, corruption.

The MP stated that the budget increases the welfare of the government but not of Albanians.

"Agriculture is left out of every vision. It is in review. Education is at the bottom of every report. Health has no medicine for the sick. The north of the country is excluded from investments. Where is the health of the country? In what figure do you find it? In which report, because you cannot find it in the lives of citizens.

A country from which citizens flee is a country that does not grow. Do citizens want to stay in their country? Let's ask the government: Are Albanians staying in their country? No, a million Albanians have fled in recent years. There is no economic growth of a nation that flees. Albania is a sick country that the government treats with graphics and marketing speeches.
