Balliu makes a noise in the Assembly/ Screams and shouts, blocks the rostrum 

DP MP Klevis Balliu is causing a stir in the Assembly.

He has blocked the podium, yelling and screaming at a session where the 2026 budget is being discussed.

The Deputy Speaker of the Assembly announced that due to the tension and noise it caused, she has taken disciplinary measures by removing the floor.

All the tension started after the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament did not allow her to take the floor to reply after the speech of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.

"It is a unique case in Albania when Fahri Balliu's beloved sister-in-law, Klevis's aunt, was the secretary of the Ministry of Culture and at the same time the administrator of a fictitious company with a Serb. Mrs. Blegina Agolli has received millions of euros and I hope she has eaten them with Klevis. If SPAK existed at the time of your aunt, she would probably still be in prison," declared Balluku.
