Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, delivered her speech in Parliament regarding the SPAK investigations.

Balluku says he is making this reaction to rally those who believe in work and not for those who believe in mud.

The Deputy Prime Minister said that there will never be any statement of attack or threat to justice, even when it affects her personally.

Minister Balluku said that she will not speak about matters under investigation until the final decision is made, whatever it may be.

Balluku stated that he supports justice reform and said that it is carrying out the mission for which it was created.

Regarding SPAK, VBalluku said that the opposition has a double-standard stance.

" I have to say a few words about the obligation I have towards anyone who believes in work and not mud. You will never hear from me accusations, insults, threats about the new justice system and when I am personally affected. I believe that this justice system, a product of the SP and Rama, is carrying out the mission for which it was formed. Like everything new, it is consolidated day by day. You will never hear me deal with prosecutors and judges, each one doing their duty as they see fit. I will never pronounce on a matter under investigation until the truth comes out, no matter what. The SP is a serious political formation. That reform has received the support of every socialist, so in full respect of it I have no comment. You have two standards regarding the justice reform and SPAK. When SPAK takes Saliu for a murder that happened 15 years ago, SPAK is influenced by Rama. When SPAK calls Berisha and today he is accused of corruption, then Edi Rama influences SPAK. But when according to you, SPAK deals with "The majority, you become its martyrs, its cry and its scream. You cannot base the rotation that many love on pathos about who SPAK will take from the majority. The rotation is done by vote, not by prayer ," said Balluku.
