Democrat Flamur Noka stated today that the fiscal peace program as part of the 2026 draft budget does not serve honest entrepreneurs.

In his speech in the Assembly, Noka said that this program will result in numerous amnesties for businesses that have abused it, while the government sells it as a historic development.

Today we are not faced with a government that thinks about the economy, about Albanians, about young people, about pensioners, agriculture or industry. No! We are faced with a handful of people in power who only think about how to keep the pot full of money and the sweat of honest Albanians, how to expand the fields and buy the silence of citizens at any price. Fiscal peace is an abuse of honest citizens. The draft budget is of power, drugs and greed. The Narco government is trying to sell it as something historical, but a business that has abused and filled the government's pockets is being amnestied in a shameful and criminal manner. They have been evading taxes for 13 years and have the protection of Narco. A normal government should think about honest business. There is zero attention to them.
