About 4 months ago, specifically on January 17, CNA reported that Rilindja and its 99-cha were preparing an "Ad-Hoc" commission to attack SPAK.

CNA had well-confirmed sources, which they then showed with visuals, filming a confidential meeting that took place at Vila 31 , where Prime Minister Edi Rama, Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja and a number of deputies, who allegedly had set up a working group for institutional reform towards the European Union.

In fact, this was just a game, because the truth was that this whole group was preparing the establishment of an "Ad-Hoc" commission over all other parliamentary commissions.

Meanwhile, another working group, led by Eduart Shalsi, was controlling the work of the Parliament and the way the commissions operated, demanding a deeper reform in this structure, that is, in the Albanian Parliament, in its administrative part, all this allegedly in EU name. ( Read here )

At that time, CNA said that an "Ad-Hoc" commission would be created, which would be headed by Fatmir Xhafaj, a commission that was requested by the mayor Erion Veliaj to attack SPAK and the prosecutors of this institution, after the investigations strong in relation to the incinerators, in relation to the "5D" file and to many ministers of the Rama government.

Even though Erion Veliaj had tried through the power media with attacks and blackmail, or with direct and indirect interference with the prosecutors of SPAK, he understood that his directors had already taken the road and a solution was definitely needed.

The solution was Fatmir Xhafaj, who would create a commission to call SPAK on appeal. Also, at the same time, the Minister of Justice would be hit to replace him with Alfred Balla, the head of the KLP, and several institutions would unite against the SPAK, from the General Prosecutor himself, the KLP, the Minister of Justice , but also the special "Ad-Hoc" parliamentary committee.

Now Fatmir Xhafaj has come out, what CNA wrote and kept secret is now visible. Fatmir Xhafaj has "seized the sword" and rushed against SPAK to supposedly make a reform, to adapt the reform, and so on.

We do not know why a reform should be adapted, which has spectacular results and for which the prime minister is satisfied, but what we do know is the fact that Fatmir Xhafaj is serving Erion Veliaj. Fatmir Xhafaj jumped into the attack, at the moment when Erion Veliaj realized that his directors would be arrested and that the investigation file was rapidly coming to an end and the investigations would continue.

Also, Erion Veliaj learned that he could also be charged, for the "5D" file and for the incinerators, but also for some other reports, such as the one about the Theater, which he "neutralized" through the servile prosecutors of power within the SPAK or the report about the demolition of buildings in Tirana and the one about the towers in the capital.

In fact, Fatmir Xhafaj, apart from Erion Veliaj, has another problem, the permits given by his son-in-law Ditjon Baboçi, who for a long time ran the Urban Planning Department of the capital city with many problems. ( Read here )

On the other hand, it is learned that the commission that wants to raise Fatmir Xhafaj is a movement to exert unstoppable pressure or to negotiate with SPAK prosecutors , which Erion Veliaj has never been able to do, since he cannot accept that he should go to SPAK, be questioned or charged, because he claims to be above SPAK, he has control over SPAK and his "colleagues", who left him waiting at the door for an hour as he sought to deal with the new justice reform structure as its owner.

Fatmir Xhafaj is now in the attack, Erion Veliaj is in the shadows. The latter moves its tentacles to hit SPAK as much as possible or to keep the prosecutors under control and to stop the investigations which are not only bringing out a few of its directors, but are showing that it is a criminal group of corruption in the Municipality of Tirana. And they did this not only with the "5D" file, but also with the non-existent incinerator, with affairs that amount to hundreds of millions of euros.

Erion Veliaj is aware, so he attacked Fatmir Xhafajn, who thinks that he is already the "father" of the Reform in Justice and a man of indisputable authority. While on the one hand he makes letters and projects against SPAK, on ??the other hand he declares himself pro-American, when in fact his every procedure is against the USA and against the EU.
