DP appealed the election results in Kukës/ KAS meets tomorrow, will review the appeal

The Democratic Party has previously requested that the elections in the Kukës region be declared invalid.

The CAS will review the DP's appeal tomorrow at 4:30 PM.

“Review of the Appeal Request registered with no. 37 Register, dated 23.05.2025, filed by the Democratic Party - Alliance for Greater Albania Coalition, with the subject: “Objection to Decision No. 1309, dated 19.05.2025 - of the SEC - "On the approval of the Summary Table of Voting Results in the Kukës Region electoral zone, for electoral subjects and candidates for deputies in the elections for the Assembly of May 11, 2025". “Invalidity of the elections held on May 11, 2025 in the Kukës Region electoral zone”. “Resolving the consequences by ordering the repetition of the elections for the Assembly of Albania in the entire Kukës Region electoral zone””, the announcement states.

Meanwhile, we recall that today he requested the invalidation of the election results in the Berat district, claiming that there were problems and irregularities in the Voting Centers./ CNA
