The former mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia, gave a statement to the media in front of SPAK.

Spahia thanked the citizens of Shkodra for their vote and said that the national elections were a masquerade, for which Rama and his government are responsible.

Further, Spahia stated that the mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, has put all institutions at the service of vote manipulation.

Spahia called on citizens to raise their voices about cases of vote fraud.

" The citizens of Shkodra have given their answer through the vote. They were aware that it was a political attack. I am grateful to all the citizens of Shkodra. The vote of the Albanians has been alienated in the most shameful way possible. A masquerade has been made. The people responsible have a name and surname, they are Edi Rama and his government.

Benet Beci has put all institutions at the service of alienating the vote. There has been close government-creation cooperation in alienating the will of citizens. There is total involvement by all institutions, in completely illegal aspects. Every citizen must raise their voice for the fundamental right such as the right to free voting , "said Spahia./ CNA
