Tirana City Council member Dorian Teliti said today that the cutting down of trees for Noizy's concert, covering an area of ??42,934 m² of greenery in Lake Park, is a total violation of the law. In a television appearance, Teliti emphasized that this decision was made without the approval of the City Council and therefore responsibility must be taken.
