The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, declared today that the electoral farce of May 11 is coordinated by a drug cartel. Berisha mentioned the so-called 'Troplin Cartel', which he said is the only one that has a port at its disposal, referring to the Port of Durres.
