Opposition hunger strike in September/ Berisha: No variant is ruled out

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has made a statement to the media, stating that with Rama there can never be free elections.

Berisha stated that in the Durrës district, 50,000 votes were dictated by crime and said that a battle for the mayor is taking place in this city.

The Democratic Leader stated that they will continue the battle to restore the free vote of Albanians.

Asked if there will be a hunger strike by the opposition in September, Berisha stated that no option for restoring the free will of citizens is excluded.

" With Edi Rama, there can never be free elections. I said it before these elections, I say it today with the greatest conviction. Edi Rama has created an electoral state. In Durrës, there are 50 thousand votes dictated by crime. A battle is being fought for mayor instead of Sako. Every citizen who believes that these elections were a farce should ask himself if he is willing to sacrifice for a free vote. Is he willing to engage in a battle to restore the right to free vote to Albanians. For those who believe that with Rama there are no free elections, the removal of Edi Rama will be the greatest goal of Albanians.

A difficult battle, but not hopeless. I am ready to lead it to victory and with my personal example to restore the free vote. Nothing is excluded, no variant. It is of extraordinary importance for us that Albanians with full conscience are convinced that it was a farce and not as the criminal propaganda of the government presents it ", said Berisha./ CNA
